It's just how it is.. you can put up or you can shut up,..but remember..when you think there is nothing left to give..,your body is drained, your tired, your done ,i can't do no more.. there is a part of you that's still ready,... but you don't realise, as its so easy to give up....BUT someone or something hits that switch in your head..the fire and the passion reignite.. the will to conquer all demons or emotions becomes unstoppable..quitting is no longer there and only success awaits ..
Certain people in your life will hit that switch and change your mindset..together with my good friends @don_0121_ prepared to go till you drop but giving 110% always.. and @keithhiggottphotography for his master filming skills on the day, and being someone I hold as a close friend.. thank you lads, 🥊🥊❤

In lockdown we recieved lots calls txts and emails regarding existing and future bookings, we stand by rules we have set from the start and will continue to do so,
Anyone that had a time/block booking, booked and paid for before lockdown all your remaining sessions are carried over for when we return and can continue as we left them.(thank you for your support)

Will be working with existing members only , as he builds a stable of professional boxers that have contacted us for guidance and training during camps for up coming fights in the near future,myself I have confirmed 77 bookings per week for the next 3-4 months, which leaves only the most common times days in the week that are around school run time 9am 9.45 available. All early/later mornings,mid day and after our break resuming at 4.30pm till 8pm are booked aswell, if your sessions ended before lockdown and have not contacted us to rebook or secure them, unfortunately as advertised in the gym and social media,your time slot will be secured by pre payment only,and has now been filled on the first come first served basis, we look forward to seeing you all again soon and getting back to work with our expert team of fitness professionals @warrenemporiumgym @keithhiggottphotography @mossogs @jbull_pt @chezz_78 @bigjohns and everyone involved at the gym 🥊💪
